This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the standards of conduct required of all CableClix users. It is designed to protect the integrity of our Platform, the safety of our community, and compliance with applicable law. This policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction & Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the CableClix platform, website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by CableClix Inc. ("CableClix," "we," "our," or "us"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all users, visitors, account holders, affiliates, and partners (collectively, "users" or "you") who access or use the Platform in any capacity. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Platform, without notice or liability to CableClix.
2. General Conduct Standards
You agree to use the Platform in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of this policy. Specifically, you agree to: • Use the Platform only for its intended purposes — comparing, bundling, and managing telecommunications and streaming services. • Provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with the Platform and CableClix staff. • Respect the rights of other users, partners, and third parties at all times. • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties. • Promptly report any security vulnerabilities, abusive content, or policy violations to security@cableclix.com.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Illegal Activities
You may not use the Platform to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to: • Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes. • Money laundering or the financing of terrorism. • Distribution of illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data. • Violation of export control laws or economic sanctions. • Any other activity that violates federal, state, or local law.
3.2 Unauthorized Access & System Abuse
You may not: • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or networks. • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the Platform. • Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms. • Use brute force, credential stuffing, or other automated means to gain unauthorized access. • Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious code. • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features of the Platform for any unauthorized purpose.
3.3 Automated & Abusive Traffic
You may not: • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform without CableClix's prior written consent. • Submit excessive automated requests that place unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure. • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against the Platform or any third-party system. • Engage in click fraud, impression fraud, or any manipulation of Platform analytics or advertising systems.
3.4 Account Abuse
You may not: • Create multiple accounts for the same individual to circumvent restrictions, earn duplicate referral credits, or otherwise abuse Platform features. • Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party. • Impersonate CableClix, a CableClix employee, another user, or any other person or entity. • Use fake or misleading information during account registration or profile setup. • Access accounts belonging to other users without their explicit permission.
3.5 Content Violations
You may not submit, post, transmit, or share any content through the Platform that: • Is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent. • Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit. • Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin. • Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or abuses any individual or group. • Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right. • Violates any person's right to privacy, including unauthorized sharing of personal information. • Contains unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
3.6 Interference with Platform Operations
You may not: • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Platform. • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from any part of the Platform. • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform without authorization. • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform. • Use the Platform to develop competing products or services without prior written consent.
3.7 Misuse of Referral & Promotional Programs
You may not: • Refer yourself using alternate accounts or fabricated identities. • Manufacture or artificially inflate referral completions or promotional credit claims. • Use unauthorized scripts or tools to manipulate referral tracking systems. • Resell, broker, or transfer promotional credits or discounts without authorization.
4. Third-Party Service Use
4.1 Compliance with Provider Terms
When accessing or subscribing to third-party telecommunications, streaming, or smart home services through the Platform, you agree to comply with those providers' own terms of service and acceptable use policies. CableClix is not responsible for your compliance with third-party terms.
4.2 CableClix TV & IPTV Streams
The CableClix TV feature provides access to publicly available IPTV streams. You agree to: • Use these streams for personal, non-commercial viewing only. • Not record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit any streamed content. • Not use any technical means to bypass regional restrictions or digital rights management (DRM) controls. • Comply with all applicable copyright and broadcasting laws. CableClix does not warrant the legality of any specific stream in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of streaming content complies with local law.
4.3 Partner Portal Use
Partners and affiliates accessing the Platform's partner or affiliate portal agree to use those tools solely for authorized business purposes, to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary data accessed therein, and to comply with all applicable partner agreements and CableClix policies.
5. Privacy & Data Obligations
5.1 No Unauthorized Data Collection
You may not collect, harvest, or store personal information about other users of the Platform without their explicit consent and a legitimate legal basis for doing so.
5.2 No Surveillance or Tracking
You may not use the Platform or any data derived from it to monitor, surveil, or track individuals without their knowledge and consent.
5.3 Data Protection
If you are a business user or partner accessing user data through the Platform's APIs or integrations, you agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
6. Security Responsibilities
6.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password, enable multi-factor authentication where available, and promptly notify CableClix at security@cableclix.com upon discovering any suspected unauthorized access.
6.2 Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Platform, you agree to disclose it responsibly by contacting security@cableclix.com before public disclosure. CableClix appreciates good-faith security research and will work with researchers to address issues promptly. We ask that you not exploit discovered vulnerabilities beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
6.3 No Malicious Testing
Security testing of the Platform without CableClix's prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws.
7. Intellectual Property Compliance
7.1 Copyright
You may not use the Platform to infringe the copyrights of others. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@cableclix.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
7.2 Trademark
You may not use CableClix's trademarks, logos, service marks, or brand assets without prior written approval. Unauthorized use of CableClix branding in advertising, promotional materials, or domain names is strictly prohibited.
8. Communications & Messaging
8.1 No Spam
You may not use the Platform or any CableClix communication tools to send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional material, or spam to other users, partners, or third parties.
8.2 No Phishing
You may not use the Platform to send deceptive messages designed to trick recipients into revealing personal information, credentials, or financial data.
8.3 Compliance with Anti-Spam Laws
Any legitimate marketing communications facilitated through CableClix tools must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and other applicable anti-spam regulations, including providing clear identification, a physical mailing address, and a functional opt-out mechanism.
9. Enforcement & Consequences
9.1 Monitoring
CableClix reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Platform activity for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.
9.2 Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in, at CableClix's sole discretion: • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. • Forfeiture of any earned referral credits, promotional rewards, or account balances. • Legal action, including civil claims for damages or injunctive relief. • Referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities. • Disclosure of your information to law enforcement in connection with a violation of law.
9.3 Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to appeals@cableclix.com within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and CableClix's decision is final.
10. Reporting Violations
If you observe conduct that violates this AUP — including abusive content, fraud, security threats, or spam — please report it to: • General violations: support@cableclix.com • Security issues: security@cableclix.com • Copyright / legal: legal@cableclix.com We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may report anonymously, though providing contact information helps us follow up effectively.
11. Changes to This Policy
CableClix may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or community standards. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by posting a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
